Anyone in Europe wanting to buy Apex gear should use Neptunestore.eu. The orders arrive o. Time and impeccably packaged, but the customer service is above and beyond anything you may have experienced. I do not live in Holland and have received better and faster help than from my local stores! On December 23rd I had a unit malfunction and called up the store. They immediately shipped a new unit overnight with the most expensive service to make sure I received the new unit before Christmas break. In less than 24h I had a new unit working in my tank. Absolutely Amazing!

Good performance overall. Swift delivery of goods. Packaging could be improved. Only negative note is that when buying a top of the line product (2 COR 20 pumps) in Europe, one would expect them to have metric piping.

I have used (and continue to use) a competitor aquarium controller for 3 years so I was reluctant to consider changing to Neptune. After my first call with Tim Struijs my doubts disappeared! Tim is clearly highly knowledgeable of Apex and an enthusiastic Reefer which immediately erased any concerns I had of owning a US made controller in Europe. I feel I can completely trust Tim and the rest of the Team at Neptune Store to help and guid me along any issues that might occur going forward (which with aquarium controllers inevitably happens). I am still in the process of setting up the unit but given these initial contacts I believe that I Weill likely completely switch from my current controller to Neptune.
