Keurig een mail ontvangen dat sensor weer voorradig was. Direct besteld. Helaas wel verkeerd model ontvangen de dag erna. Neptune Store gaf aan dat ze direct het juist bestelde model gingen nazenden. Deze de dag erop mogen ontvangen. Ik heb daarna de verkeerde sensor retour gezonden naar een antwoordnummer. De dag daarop een ontvangst bevestiging mogen ontvangen van Neptune Store. Keurige afhandeling!

Thank you for making it possible. Unfortunately, I also have some criticism: 1. Your website is, unfortunately, subpar. It's embarrassing that when I click on the German language option, the description appears in Dutch (see Product Apex NG Base Unit). Mistakes can happen, but the fact that this "feature" has been like this for a few weeks now makes your shop seem odd. I was concerned that you might be a **** shop. 2. You label yourselves as "THE STORE FOR NEPTUNE SYSTEMS." Great! But when I visit the Neptune Systems website, I find many things there that are missing from yours. - What about announcements for new products? - There's no "Support" section on your site. Even a link to Neptune would be better than no link — that's my personal opinion. - Neptune offers the "Trident Service Program," which I'm sure I'll need to use in a few months. Even a note stating that this is only for America would be helpful. But... Overall, I'm pleased with the products you sell and the fast shipping. However, I'm somewhat unhappy with the sparse website.
