Product were not ready in store despite email
The local staff was helpful.
But the order procedure was pretty bad.
- Got and email your order is ready for pickup in an hour
- I arrived at the store in about 2 hours afterwards
1. waited or about 20m with 1 customer before me at the casher on ground floor
2. then while showing the confirmation mail, I was asked "
whats your name, what did you order"
3. I was told first go up floor 1 for jeans and then come down for shoes
4. I went up again: while showing the confirmation mail, I was asked "
whats your name, what did you order"
5. staff did not find the jeans,
6. help came and again... "whats your name, what did you order"
7. after a lot of headscratching they found out the jeans was still in the warehouse, they told me to wait then mins, offered a coffee, i waited
8. but after 15m (and spending more than an hour!!! in store), I told the sorry I need to go..
While you have great staff, your local pickup for online order is ridiculous, I have never seen such a thing that instead of getting a package, you need to run around the store to collect it for yourself...
For sure I will never choose local pickup, if I ever buy again at your store..
