Achat capteur de pression diferentiel des gz d'échapement

Bonjour, Les délais de livraison n'ont pas été respectés. De plus, la pièce commandée n’était pas emballée. La pièce n'est pas neuve ; C'est de l'occasion. Après montage et adaptation au VCDS le capteur est détecté DÉFECTUEUX. J'informe carparts-onlineshop du problème. Je renvoi l'objet défectueux et demande le remboursement .
