However I don't think your review is fair toward our serviceteam. I noted that we shipped you 2x the product and answered your questions accordingly. Also I have seen that my colleagues have had lots of contact moments with our warehouse and the postal services to do all things possible from our side to help you receive your product. Calling us ''rubbish'', writing ''avoid'' and ''all they do is blame Brexit'' does not represent the actions we have taken to help you. Brexit has had a very troubling effect on all shipments in and out of the UK and on top of all other ''Corona challenges'' we are coping with last year it was quite a hassle for our service team. In order to resolve your complaint we have now for the third time shipped the product to your address in the UK. So there are now 3 parcels on their way to your address. You will receive the tracking link per email like the previous parcels. We have noted that all parcels shipped to the UK in the last +/- 10 days have had normal transit times and the Brexit troubles seem to be resolved for the most part.
