Great experience

I ordered a skimmer for my reef acquarium. The delivery was fast despite being international. I live in Italy. The package arrived at its destination in just a few days. Communication with the shop was smooth and straightforward. The packaging was perfect.

Customer service absent

I ordered a reverse osmosis system (Aqua medic Platinum line plus). The item was on sale so it was interesting and I placed the order. Shipping time was ok but when I received the package it was damaged. I contacted the support and took pictures of the package and the broken part but unfortunately I never got any answer back from Seaflower. I sent several emails but no answer at all. I thought I could order more from their website but I guess I won’t. Total waste of money… nothing to do except to try to fix things from myself. Between shipping costs and customer plus the lack of customer service, I realise O should have ordered in a local store.
