I ordered a refurbished phone in December.
It was not in stock despite what was advertised on the site. The following week, telecomweb finally sent me a phone, which only worked for a few days before it froze.
I sent the phone back at my expense. I received a new one two weeks later (without the shop contacting me to inform me), again defective (camera and torch problem). I pay the post office again to send the phone back.
Result: 2 months after ordering, I still haven't received a phone, I paid 2 times postage to send the package back by tracked mail, and telecomweb ignores my requests for refund and sends me messages like "We are sorry to hear that this device is out of order. As soon as we have received your return, we will be happy to contact you about the handling of this."
Next step, if I don't get my money back soon: complaint to consumer association and European Consumer Centre.
Friendly little advice: never order from this website!
