Definitiv Betrug und kurz vor Insolvenz

Ich habe zu Weihnachten 2022 einige Schuhe im Wert von insgesamt 8.000,00€ über Restocks verkauft. Allerdings habe ich das Geld nicht erhalten. Es sind mittlerweile 9 Monate vergangen. Ich werde leider Anzeige erstatten müssen und versuchen mir das Geld gerichtlich einzutreiben.

Mocht Restocks dit lezen: ID 3674713 graag uitbetalen zsm. Mochten er andere zijn die wachten op hun geld: deze meneer werkt bij Restocks +31 6 43 57 61 74. Ik zou zeggen bellen maar! Ik haal het nummer pas weg als ik mijn geld heb!

J’ai vendu 3 paires il y a 6 mois. Je suis toujours dans l’attente de mon paiement. Malgré mes nombreuses relances, la même réponse à savoir qu’ils ne peuvent pas payer et qu’il faut patienter. Clairement payer leurs vendeurs ce n’est pas une priorité. Il faut fuir ce site qui fait du profit au détriment des vendeurs. Méfiance car sur les réseaux sociaux ils suppriment les commentaires des vendeurs insatisfaits car non payés.

Still waiting for my payout for over 9 months

I've been using Restocks.net for a while now to sell sneakers, but my recent experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. It's been over nine months, and they still haven't paid me for the sneakers I sold through their platform. I'm at the point where I'm seriously considering legal action. I initially thought Restocks.net was a reliable platform for selling sneakers, given its reputation and user base. However, my trust in this platform has been shattered due to their complete lack of accountability and transparency. It all started when I successfully sold multiple pairs of rare sneakers through their website. I eagerly awaited my payout, but as the weeks turned into months, I received nothing. I tried reaching out to their customer support multiple times, but it was an exercise in frustration. They were unresponsive, and when I did manage to get a reply, it was filled with vague promises and excuses. All sneakers have passed verification and sent to the buyer. Despite this, Restocks.net has not taken any action to resolve the issue or pay me the money I'm owed. It's not just a matter of the funds; it's a matter of principle and trust. The lack of communication and transparency from Restocks.net has left me with no choice but to consider seeking legal counsel. It's unfortunate that it has come to this point, as I initially believed in the platform and its potential. However, their failure to fulfill their obligations to sellers like me is inexcusable. I strongly advise anyone considering using Restocks.net as a platform to think twice. My experience has been a costly and frustrating one, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same ordeal. As for me, I'm moving forward with legal action to ensure that I receive the payment I'm rightfully owed. nog steeds geen schoenen en geen updates!!

Bijna twee weken geleden jordan 4 frozen moments gekocht, nog steeds niks van gehoord of ze uberhaupt zijn aangekomen bijnde authenticatie check. Ze reageren niet op mijn mails en ik krijg 0 updates binnen zoals ik al zei. Zal nooit meer hier wat kopen en hopelijk krijg ik mijn schoenen nog!!!

Ik verkoop al jaren sneakers via het platform maar sinds kort gaat alles mis

Heb laatst 3 sneakers verkocht aan restocks ik heb hun label gebruikt. Nu zie ik dat de 3 pakketjes nooit zijn aangekomen bij restocks en de track en trace update ook niet. Nu zegt restocks dat het pakket nog bij het afgiftepunt ligt, ben gaan kijken en niks hoor. Volgens postnl moet restocks een onderzoek starten maar tot op heden heb ik hier niks over gehoord van restocks. Dan nog het ergste van alles, ook de uitbetalingen komen niet. Ik heb ook geen zin om 6 maanden of langer te gaan wachten hierop. Vraag me af wat er allemaal fout gaat bij dit bedrijf. Had vroeger goede ervaringen maar twijfel nu of ik nog wel in zee moet gaan met het bedrijf. Heel teleurgesteld ben ik

Nicht gut

Buonasera, servizi clienti pessimo in quanto ho venduto le mie scarpe nuove di zecca 7 mesi fa ,siamo al 1 settembre e non ho ricevuto ancora i soldi che mi spettano! Sono soldi che mi sarebbero dovuti servire per l’università e per pagarmi la retta ma ho dovuto chiedere dei prestiti. Adesso sono esausto ed esigo o le scarpe indietro o i soldi! Il numero dell’ordine è 3325710 parliamo di un paio di Jordan 11 retro Cherry…. vi prego ho bisogno di quei soldi non sapete del disagio enorme che state creando….

I had to stop reselling because of restocks

Basically I sold plenty of shoes at restocks thinking that I will get the money and that I can continue circulating the capital I have. It’s been 6 months and I didn’t receive payment for several shoes. I know it’s private but I really need the money for personal reasons and if I never get paid then I will have to completely end my reselling career. Nightmare

I ordered shoes (#465015) that I had to return. The shoes were accepted back in the Restocks. I'm still waiting for the shoes to be sold by Restocks. It takes a lot of time. I'm cutting down the price, and still nothing. If I've know that this company has that kind of "no return/no refund" policy like all the other companies do, I would have never ever ordered anything from that website.

Ongoing nightmare…

Already wrote a review beginning on July… total radio silence since then, no updates, no payment. 10.03. id3221003 EUR 251,— 17.03. id3220970 EUR 341,— 12.04. id3220989 EUR 293,— The 4 months that were targeted for payout were (of course) not met. I propose you to reply with a payment plan, and please not again with the automized sentences that we usually get. I am really getting fed up and im a blink away from just getting it legally solved. I herewith set you on NOTICE to come back with a payment plan or, to close the issue, transfer the money! If there is no response until the 4th September i will have my lawyer take over and handle this matter.

Teleurgesteld

Ik heb geen goede ervaring met Restocks . Nog geen half jaar geleden schoenen gekocht en kwam er net achter dat ze nep zijn en dan zeggen ze dat het buiten de garantie valt terwijl op een paar schoenen waar ik 330 euro voor heb betaald heb je wettelijk minstens 2 jaar garantie. Al met al koop hier niks en koop op Goat voor echte schoenen. Oplichters!!!!!!!

Verkäufer werden nicht ausbezahlt / no payout for sellers

Ich warte immernoch auf die Auszahlung vom Dezember 2022. Insgesamt warte ich auf 3500€. Ich bin mir aufgrund des Service auch nichtmehr sicher ob ich das Geld überhaupt noch bekommen werde. Ich habe das Gefühl das Unternehmen geht momentan kaputt und bald kommt die Insolvenz. I'm still waiting for the December 2022 payout. I'm waiting for a total of €3500. Because of the service, I'm no longer sure whether I'll even get the money. I have the feeling that the company is going bust right now and bankruptcy is coming soon.

Wat een puinhoop!

Een ster is het eigenlijk nog niet eens waard. Ik ben ondertussen al meer dan 2,5 maand aan het wachten op mijn geld. Ik heb wel schoenen naar ze gestuurd die ondertussen al bij een nieuwe eigenaar zijn, maar uitbetalen aan mij doen ze niet. Het is oplichterij van de hoogste plank!
Verkoop nooit je schoenen via deze firma!
Wel korting op hun site aanbieden, maar mijn geld uitbetalen is te moeilijk!

Partenaire à fuir !!!!!

Ce site etait sérieux à ses débuts. En février 2023, j’ai vendu deux chaussures pour une valeur de 900 € environ, nous sommes en août, et après quatre relances depuis leur site et deux via les réseaux sociaux, j’ai toujours la même réponse honteuse que je vais bientôt être payé. Cela fait donc plus de six mois qu’ils me baladent et je trouve cela inacceptable, la société doit avoir des problèmes de trésorerie, ou quelque chose du genre. Je continue de mettre la pression pour que mon paiement soit fait autrement ce sera via la voie judiciaire.
