Worst Experience so far!!!

It has been 4 months now and i have sold 4 pair of sneakers without payment received. Reply from their Customer Service is always the same as it’s a bot that they are experiencing difficulties due to their Vendor change. Please be careful and do not ever sell any sneakers here!! I lnow i will receive a reply from them here and it’ll be the same story. Zero respect on small resellers!!

You should be ashamed.

60working days no payout. Support sends you automated message and if you have additional questions they just close your case without even trying to reply. They should be begging you for forgiveness since you make their business and they don't even pay you. Shame on you, guys! You cannot scam people forever.

Non pagano i venditori

Ho venduto ben sei paia di scarpe, la prima il 07/12, ad oggi neanche l'ombra del pagamento,alle mail rispondono sempre con le solite scuse, non rispettano il contratto col venditore, sono dei truffatori che comprano coi crediti dei venditori. Diffidate

Waiting since 64 working days for my payout. What's wrong with you guys? I'm not the only one and a lot of people are waiting much longer for their Payouts. Will not sell anymore with @restocks . I've sent two emails and I've received only "sorry bla bla bla"

Slecht

Betalen je geld pas na hele lange tijd uit. Schoenen verkocht op 20-12-2022 en heb nog steeds geen uitbetaling gehad. Steeds doen ze weer een beroep op je geduld. Ze rekenen servicekosten voor een service die ze niet eens volgens de afspraken kunnen leveren.

Absolute Vollkatastrophe, Betrüger und Abzocker! Finger weg!!

Absolute Vollkatastrophe. Wer Schuhe verkaufen möchte, sollte die Finger von Restocks lassen. Die Auszahlungen dauerten immer länger, als bei anderen Anbietern, aber was einem jetzt geboten wird, ist komplett inakzeptable. Ich warte seit über 10 Wochen auf mein Geld. Es gibt kaum Kommunikation per Mail und fadenscheinige Ausreden müssen herhalten. Es handelt sich um die ID 2805776 und 2871866. Und dann kommt noch hinzu, dass ich mir einen Schuhe habe zurückschicken lassen, der per consign nicht verkauft wurde. Bekommen habe ich zwei Schuhe in unterschiedlichen Größen. Es wurde mir von Restocks angeboten, die Schuhe, die ich in unterschiedlichen Größen erhalten habe, zurückzuschicken (ID 2740501). Ich habe ein DHL Label erhalten, die Schuhe zurückgesendet und es wurde mir versichert, dass die Zahlung sofort nach Erhalt der Schuhe eingeleitet wird und nur 5 Tage dauern wird. Nun sind die Schuhe seit 4 Tagen bei Restocks, ich habe keine Mail über den Eingang erhalten oder das eine Zahlung eingeleitet wurde. Auf Mails oder Kontaktanfragen über Instagram etc. wird nicht mehr geantwortet. Restocks sind Betrüger und Abzocker. Ich bin überzeugt, weder mein Geld für die zurückgesendeten Schuhe noch meine im letzten Jahr verkauften Schuhe zurückzubekommen. Die Seite sollte mit sofortiger Wirkung geschlossen werden. Ich wende mich nun an die Verbraucherzentrale und schaue, ob noch etwas zu retten ist.

Kein Geld erhalten ,kein Stern wert!!!!

Mein Sohn hat am 20.11.22 sneaker über Restocks Verkauft auch dies wurde schriftlich bestätigt! Dann folgte eine Mail das die Auszahlung bis zu 40 Werktagen dauert ,was schon an eine Unmöglichkeit grenzt ,nach etlichen Mails und immer wieder die gleiche Computer generierten Antworten haben wir bis heute 21.02.23 immer noch kein Geld erhalten. Das ist alles eine große Schweinerrei ! Leider kann man rechtlich nicht viel machen da der Laden in Holland sitzt! Wenn einer eine Idee hat wie man dagegen vorgeht ,dann bitte Melden!!!

A scam company that never payout

I sold a pair of shoes using their website, after a careful reading online I was hesitant but I see that they probably add fake reviews on other websites, i sent my shoes and they informed me that I’d be paid 40 days after verification, now it’s more than 4 months and I still haven’t gotten paid. Whenever I contact them they send me a generic email. I will take this matter to the police of France and report a file of scam.

Veel beloven weing waarmaken.

In 1e instantie lijkt Restocks perfect, je adverteert je schoenen, ze verkopen ze, je stuurt het op en binnen 20 dagen ( best lang ) ontvang je je geld....niet dus. Na 20 dagen ga je vragen waar blijft de betaling, 1e antwoord is we zijn met een nieuw betalingssysteem bezig en het duurt nu helaas 40 dagen ( absurd). Na 40 dagen nog geen geld, inmiddels heb ik 100+ paar schoenen verstuurd. Dan eindelijk na 10 weken beginnen er betalingen binnen te komen.....je betaald verzend en service kosten en nu ook nog eens voor je uitbetaling zo een 2 euro per bestelling. Je krijgt een mail dat de betaling is doorgevoerd maar vind geen ID van je levering, met 100+ aan schoenen een puzzel om bij te houden wat restocks wel of niet betaald heeft. Daar komt bij dat leveringen uit december al betaald zijn en leveringen uit oktober nog niet. Al met al moet je heel veel geduld hebben bij restocks en de prijs die je voor je schoenen wilt hebben verhogen met €20 voor verzending + het percentage winst voor restocks + €2 voor als je je betaling krijgt. Ik beveel aan voor kopers en voor verkopers met geduld.

Hi Danielle, Bedankt voor je review. We zijn een jong bedrijf en in de afgelopen 3 jaar - van startup tot nu - hebben we een uitzonderlijke groei doorgemaakt. De betalingsopzet bij onze huidige betalingsprovider past niet meer bij de omvang en behoeften van onze organisatie en verkopers. Dat betekent helaas dat de betalingstermijn in deze opzet niet gehaald kan worden. Daarom moeten we onze betalingstermijn tijdelijk aanpassen naar 40 werkdagen. Updates omtrent het betalingstermijn zetten wij telkens op onze site. Goed te zien dat je een van de geselecteerde verkopers bent die in de 1e testfase zit met Hyperwallet. Graag wil ik je daarom ook vragen je feedback te sturen naar ons per email. Alles is nog in ontwikkeling en hiermee kunnen we de uitbetalingen via Hyperwallet fine tunen voor de toekomst.
