Great quality boots, friendly service...I had to wait a very long time for my boots to arrive but Peter made sure I was happy with the experience. He even threw in complimentary boot stretchers and a boot bag, which was very kind.

Communication. If there is a delay with an order there could be systems set in place to alert the customer. This way the customer is kept in the loop and doesn’t feel forgotten. Overall, I’m very happy. Thanks, Peter!

I just got my boots a few days ago and they are gorgeous and the fit is perfect. They arrived in 5 weeks, even faster than I had been promised. I was worried at first about taking my measurements myself and ordering from overseas but they were so helpful I felt comfortable going ahead with my order. I have large calves and could not find any off the shelf boots that fit but I ended up with much nicer boots than I would have gotten otherwise and at a great price comparatively! I highly recommend buying from Van Huet.
