Peter van Huet was easy to get in touch with and very helpful. I was trying to figure out the right size from overseas, and he was clear and precise. It turned out that the boots were a little too big (not his fault—he matched the Petrie series to a current pair of Cavallos almost exactly), but Peter was helpful in exchanging them. Now I am just looking forward to getting my beautiful boots in the perfect size!

I purchased the Petrie Olympic and am extremely disappointed in its quality. I have owned 2 pairs of Petrie's in the past and these don't compare. I realize the Olympic is the least expensive style but I feel there should have been a better description regarding the lesser quality. I was expecting a stiff dressage boot and the Olympic is floppy compared to my others. Also the leather is not shiny at all even with polish my 7 year old boots have more shine to them. If the description would have been more accurate I wouldn't have purchased them and would have ordered the Anky. As is it, It is too expensive to return oversees and I am stuck with them. I will never purchase Petrie again and will not recommend your company.

Van Huet Riding Boots was a great company to order from. They responded promptly to my email questions and made me feel at ease with my order. The boot prices are very fair and my order came earlier the estimated delivery date. I have recommended Van Huet to two of my friends and they are at the top of my list for Petrie Riding Boots!

I ordered a pair of Petrie boots. I asked many questions before placing my order which Peter was prompt to answer. The order came timely but was short the boot bag I ordered. Peter promplty sent me a boot bag. Great customer service.

Mogelijkheden in het assortiment

Zeker niet klantvriendelijk, als klant kreeg ik bijna de schuld dat het zo lastig leverbaar was. Een van mijn sporenriempjes knapte al direct bij het omdoen, maar omdat ik niet zo aardig te woord gestaan was dacht ik 'laat maar zitten'. Lijkt me toch niet helemaal de bedoeling en zeker niet wanneer je als bedrijf klantbeoordelingen dus wel belangrijk vindt.

My Pikeur Olympic Dressage Boots are beautiful! Moreover, I was given excellent customer service. It was clear that this company really cared that my boots fit correctly and that I took the measurements properly. The result was a gorgeous pair of great fitting boots that arrived when I was told they would, and at a great price. I wouldn't hesitate to buy my next pair here or to recommend this company to friends.

Zeer goed in het opmeten

De kwaliteit van het leer van de Cambridge (huismerk) is heel slecht. Al na een paar keer dragen zitten er overal rimpels en barstjes in het leer. De Petrie ben ik overigens heel blij mee!
