Snowcountry were able to deliver my new pair of skis to an unmatched price and I certainly did my homework to find the retailer with the most favorable prices. When I called the shop the employees showed great insight and although I had a clear preference already, they talked me into revising and together we settled on a option I had not previously considered. I am very happy they were so knowledgeable, otherwise I would not have enjoyed discussing with them. They were also very honest, so when I specifically asked for a certain type of skins, they suggested another alternative (from BD) which was less expensive but at least as good. I have already taken great pleasure in my new skis and the recommendations from Snowcountry ensured that I can truly enjoy them year after year!
VerbeterpuntenWhen the business grows, I expect an improved website with better overview when ordering i.e. skis with bindings. I was not able to read about the different alternatives during the ordering process, since the binding alternatives were presented in a simple list. This is just a minor point, their knowledge and price more than made up for this issue!
In the future, I hope to see an even greater selection of goods, but hey, they do have a lot of alternatives already!
