I see we have forwarded your order to the installer one day after the estimation of two weeks. My apologies for any inconvenience this has caused for you.
On the product page of the installation service, we mention the following:

Any necessary connecting materials such as fittings, pipes or flexible hoses will be charged in accordance with the price on the website.
