As we indicated, you did not provide the service number when finding the correct part. My colleague indicated that you can return the part and get your money back. The fact that the shipping costs for returning an incorrect order are at your own expense has to do with various factors. Behind the scenes, companies incur a lot of costs for returns that are the result of a mistake. Especially companies that are not as large as Amazon, for example, suffer from this.
We do not want to compare ourselves with Amazon, we have been relying on our own strength for years.
Of course, the customer can make a mistake, we fully understand that, but by showing as much product information as possible on our website, we want to prevent the customer from ordering the wrong item. Our search system and the extensive help of our employees can also be used to prevent a bad purchase.
