Great!
Recently while browsing through a bookshop while on a short visit to the Netherlands I purchased .a copy of the Hanneke Brinkman-Salentijn illustrated Geboortsdagkalender Tulpe. In fact I bought three copies because I thought they were so beautiful. Arriving back home in Texas my family all asked me to order more copies. How to do that, was the question “Just google it “ I was urged. I am not very computer literate, but I googled it and almost immediately I was gazing at a copy of the birthday calendar on the web site of Kalenderwinkel.nl
There were various buttons to push but what caught my eye was a button that said “Chat.” Ah, to someone like me that sounded a lot easier than having to decide what buttons to push. I pushed the chat button and within one minute I was chatting to a charming lady by the name of Saskia, who turned out to be the owner of the business. From the first moment however, she displayed not only a high degree on efficiency and familiarity with her job, but displayed a shrewd understanding of my limited use of computer technology. In a very patient but friendly manner she walked me through the procedure of ordering five copies of the birthday calendar and making the online credit card payment.
She then carefully and slowly explained the choice I had of just waiting for the parcel to arrive or to pay a little extra to be able to track the parcel on its way to me. By the time the parcel was dispatched it felt that in Saskia I was talking to an old friend. What a great experience it was ordering from the Kalenderwinkel.nl
On a scale of 1 to 10, for efficiency, ease of use and satisfaction with my experience in dealing with die Kalenderwinkel.nl with 1 being the lowest score, and ten being the highest, without any hesitation I score 10, and only wish I could score 12.
There was however one more factor to consider: How would the parcel survive the journey from The Netherlands to Texas? I was concerned that the parcel would be ro
