Really positive I had an issue with the checkout and thought I had lost my order so remade an order. Your representative Annika contacted me to make sure if i wanted to complete my original order and make payment which I did. The follow-up contact was fantastic very helpful and efficient.

The adorable sweatpants were exactly as shown on the website, shipment was quick, delivery by Post NL was also quick and the delivery man was very courteous (both something you never experience with german delivery companies). Handwritten personal message was a pleasant surprise. It made my purchase extra special!!

Would be easier to shop if the items could be filtered by size. Just one filter for "baby girl (0-24 Months)" yields 36 pages, which is simply too many items to look through, especially when you are sleep-deprived :)

Really nice collisions and a good mix of different brands ; deliver quite fast, from placing the order on Monday till I received it on Wednesday, speedy packaging is a good experience. I like the packaging and the papers they use, many details reflect that this is a shop cares about the costumers experinence.

On website, the description to the product, especially regarding size could be much more and specific. It borthers me that different brand offers different size references. Some description like "size falls one category smaller than normal " does a lot of help.

the site its a litlle bit uncorfotable to purchace. the sizes should be a filter, like the color, or brand. Every time you login / out the cart its empty, you have to choose everything again.

Return shipping is a nightmare and obviously costly. I realise I am in the U.K. but you should build the cost of returns into the initial shipping cost somehow. I would order more frequently if you do this. Also, I've emailed the company for their post code (which isn't on the return form) and they have t responded.
