Not worth it before breastfeeding
First of all, I want to make clear that I consulted in advance if I could make an appointment in English, to make sure that wasn't going to be a problem and they said it was OK. They seemed to have forgotten by the time I arrived (actually also the appointment because there was nobody yet and nothing prepared).
I made an appointment for kolf consultatie and not for borstvoeding, because I wanted to make sure to buy the best possible kolf before I have the baby (I'm 36 weeks pregnant). I didn't have many questions because I don't have loads of knowledge but if it weren't for me asking things, the consultant didn't really share information or ask anything back so it wasn't what I expected. I could have researched the same online (which is what I did in advance). They did mention that it would be better to go after I'm already breastfeeding, but then they could have mentioned that before or make that clear when booking an appointment.
It didn't have a lot of added value for me, I didn't get much info and the conversation kept on going thanks to me rather than them explaining anything. She didn't seem interested, more like she was in a hurry.
