You mentioned that you found the item you ordered cheaper elsewhere. We do not offer a lowest price guarantee. Of course, you are free to return the item and perhaps order it elsewhere.
You mentioned that you had to pick up the packages at the service point. I cannot find this information in the tracking codes for your orders and see that both orders should have been delivered to your home. However, I do see that the packages experienced a slight delay with the carrier and were delivered to you a day later. This is, of course, very inconvenient, and we hope this does not happen again in the future. We will therefore report this to the carrier.
