I have bought 25 items 1310,35euro from runningdirect.nl, attracted by good prices and discounts.
I mentioned that i don't want delivery at home but pick up at location of post.nl
Around 21:00-22:00 somebody knocks in my door. Delivery! Brought 1 box. In the box 6 items.
In the post.nl app it says:"4 boxes total. 2 were delivered at home, 2 unknown." Status UNKNOWN is already for a month.
I contacted the runningdirect.nl, telling them:" i am returning EVERYTHING and want my money back". Runningdirect.nl agrees
So I pack 6 items and send it back.
Today 3 November. Until now I received on my bank account from Passa Sports: 333.85euro at 31 october and 796.50euro at 13 october. Total 1130,35. 180 euro is missing still.
I contact runningdirect.nl again. They respond:"
In previous mail contact you indicated that you have kept these shoes. And now you indicate that these shoes have also been returned?
We have not received these shoes back and therefore the entire amount has not been refunded to you." Daniëlle Van de Wiel

I never wrote that i keep anything from this order. I always wrote and said on the phone that i will RETURN EVERYTHING, BECAUSE HALF OF THE ORDER NEVER ARRIVED....
I never had such a terrible experience. Terrible time consuming. (
