Very bad experience, my order got delivered to another address and no assistance was provided by the website. Also i bought a leg cover (standard) and it doesn't fit at all my scooter whereas the modele appears in the list that this item is supposed to fit on (that's a lie), so there is air that comes in everywhere which makes this cover (paid 60€) completely useless, i removed it. Also there was no information about how to put and aas it's a standard modele there are more attach than needed depending on the scooter, and we had to figure out everything outrself, at the end we brought the scooter to a garage to have it fixed because we spent two hours and couldn't find out ...
the customer service is really bad they don't want to help customer, only once the payment is done we don't hear about them anymore. i really don't recomend them at all and i will never order from this website anymore
