The contact was quick and professional. Unfortunately, the advice given was wrong. I ordered spare tent poles for the Stealth gear 2 persons photo hide, and described in an email the type of poles, length etc. I got confirmation that the poles on the website were the right ones. so I ordered them, and got them quickly and without problems. Unfortunately, they were the wrong poles (too short)
I keep them, because I think I can use them in a different way, but it hasn't solved my problem for the broken poles of my photohide.
I gave a bad evaluation and received immediately a reply with an explanation on how the miscommunication had happened and an offer to correct the issue. I very much appreciate this swit and professional reaction and therefore am happy to give them all the stars.
