hi, The contact was quick and professional. Unfortunately, the advice given was wrong. I ordered spare tent poles for the Stealth gear 2 persons photo hide, and described in an email the type of poles, length etc. I got confirmation that the poles on the website were the right ones. so I ordered them, and got them quickly and without problems. Unfortunately, they were the wrong poles (too short) I keep them, because I think I can use them in a different way, but it hasn't solved my problem for the broken poles of my photohide. I gave a bad evaluation and received immediately a reply with an explanation on how the miscommunication had happened and an offer to correct the issue. I very much appreciate this swit and professional reaction and therefore am happy to give them all the stars. Kind regards, Niels Wuyts

2 pieces of the product came bent because of transport

2 pieces of the product came bent, meaning that the pan covers were unable to seal correctly the pan, but after some strength applied, i managed to correct the situation.

Prima geholpen

Ik probeerde een draagtas voor een Vortex telescoop te kopen. Vortex heeft contact opgenomen met Benel die weer met mij contact opnamen. De tas werd voor me besteld en is ondertussen in mijn bezit. Prima service en communicatie
