Although Item was out of stock I was kept upto date. Now received item but no instructions on how to assemble. However, I had good response on my query. I did ask for price of a bean bag but had no response. Also, I was given a option of a free gift and one of the offers was a ground sheet, but the hide has one built in, so this looks like a waste. I assumed if one was on offer as a gift the hide did not have one built in!!!

Snelle en correcte communicatie. Tent met snoot zondag besteld, dinsdagochtend in huis. De Buteo mark 2 is mooi gemaakt, echt voor fotografen met legio mogelijkheden . Opvouwen ging goed dankzij de video die meegestuurd werd.

Very good communication with Buteo Photo Gear during the delayed delivery. I am very happy with the Buteo Mark II Hide, it is well designed and of good quality, simple to erect and fold away and the light weight makes it easy to carry.
