I found them through a review on youtube. I immediately thought that their photo hides were simply perfect for my needs and decided to order one, the falco bivi mk-1 with the snoot. Unfortunately, the mk-1 was no longer in stock, and after a slight initial delay, due to the restrictions imposed by Covid19, they proposed me, as a temporary solution, the Falco mk-2 snow with an additional camo-net, promising me the Falco mk-2 (Forrestprint camo), as soon as it would be back in stock. All this, without any further charge! This is wonderful customer service! After I received the products, I can confirm the great bild quality, and I can't wait to put them to work. Thank's a lot to Buteo Photo Gear. Greatly reccommended!

Maken waar wat ze afspreken.

Veel producten op voorraad en kwaliteit prijs verhouding erg goed. Sommige producten mogen in kwaliteit nog wel iets beter. ( en uiteraard dan de prijs is hoger) Goede ervaring met Benel.

altijd goed en betrouwbaar

We hebben in al de jaren dat we zaken doen met Benel nooit problemen gehad en vooral de laatste jaren met 2 goede vertegenwoordigers is het alleen maar beter geworden

Of je nu hobbyist of vakman bent: Benel heeft een zeer uitgebreid en betaalbaar assortiment producten voor iedereen die zich bezig houdt met (studio)fotografie of met optische instrumenten actief is. De klant heeft de beschikking over vakkundige informatie over allerhande apparatuur, de dienstverlening van Benel is prima en de aankoop wordt zeer snel geleverd.

They've been very polite and professionale. Cespite the covid crisis they shopper the item immediately and it arrived Just a couple of data later. I already had other Buteo's products so I already knew the High qualit� standard they use. And also this time they have been the right choice

Little issues due to covid, but the seller proposed extra options. Service really good and customer oriented. I would still prefer the MARK II a little bit higher and the little holes on the side a bit lower, but don't get me wrong, I still think this is the best option you can buy in the market right now. The quality of the materials used are very good and you can feel that there was time spent on the design itself. Truly versatile product and the price is very reasonable. Keep up the good work.
