Satisfied with delivery and packing. My only negative comment is the instructions on the video .A slow motion video of the person packing the hide after use would help a lot and a clear view of the procedure.

Excellent. I had hoped to purchase the buteo mkii and placed an order. The following day i received an email explaining that the item was out of stock and due to world wide transport issues, brexit delays etc, would probably not be back in stock for a few months. I was offered the option of an identical version of the hide under the stealth gear label plus a free gift for the inconvenience, which I accepted and the hide arrived in a week of ordering despite the difficulties carriers are having at UK ports. Thank you very much. The hide is extremely well mad and designed. Just what I wanted. Easy to ercet and take down, pack away.

Have not much to say. I am happy with your hides in general and also the way you deal with me as an customer. This is my second hide and just now i am hiden inside and waiting for goshawk?May be i would welcom some different patern. Something bit brighter and more in sommer greenish colres. Rueckzahlung dauerd zu lange

die rueckgesendete ware ist schon seit ueber einer woche bei Ihnen ... allein der kaufbetrag ist noch nicht rueckueberwiesen

The worst experience in years

I have ordered in December. Falcon Eyes Flexible LED Panel RX-12TD Set 1 Since then, I haven't received the material that was publicized with a 3-week delay. I have been obliged to ask repeatedly for information about my order. No information from BENEL has been sent to keep me updated on my order

Excellent customer service and easy to use webshop

Very easy to browse items in the webshop. I ordered quite many items at the same time and because this was my first time, I had some questions regarding shipping costs to Finland etc. My emails were replied very quickly and I got all the answers and help that I needed. Excellent customer service. Products are good and shipping is handled well. Some wishes to have certain texts in English instead of Dutch. I have suggested these wishes to Benel and they were happy to have them.
