They helped but took longer than it should have
I got my package delivered to a neighbour, but the address of this neighbour was incomplete. I contacted postNL to know who had my package, but they said an investigation had to be opened by the sender not the receiver. I contacted you and you did. So far so good. The problem started then; every time I got updates on your side, I'd get the confirmation that the package was delivered to that incomplete address. Every day a different person, and every day I had to explain the situation AGAIN. It was very annoying; every update was what I already knew, no one was updating me on the real issue. Finally, I was sent a new package, which was delivered to a pickup location and it went well. But overall, this took over a week to solve...
