I've ordered from here four times now and even though the products come from another country, there are no additional fees to pay upon receiving the goods. I Can't believe that the products are delivered from another country and they get here so quickly, with great updates all the way so you can track the delivery. Will definitely use these guys again and I have recommended to my friends, absolutely fantastic!!! Great service.

Alles was ich bestellt habe ist genauso wie in der Beschreibung, mehr wollte ich nicht. Das bedeutet das ich vollkommen zufrieden bin. Danke f�r die schnelle Lieferung obwohl es Feiertage gab dazwischen. Immer wieder gerne.

Habe ein spezielles Produkt gekauft, dass beim Hersteller direkt durch Zoll etc. wesentlich teurer gewesen w�re. Sehr schneller Versand, dank sei der niederl�ndischen Post.

I live in Helsinki, Finland - one of the most high-tech capitals of Europe; the post office is excellent and delivers everything on time; I even have an app that allows me to track each package. I've received shippments from all over the world, even outside the EU, and there was never any problems. For some reason, my shippment never arrived. After a more than a month of waitting, the shipment got sent back to Moquer, and I got an email telling me the order was refunded. The email said I got 'credit' so I had no idea if the money was given back to me, or if I had to spend it again via the online store - I asked for more info to customer service, and got a non-apologetic one-line reply email barely explaining anything. I had to check my bank extract to see if the money was there (it was, thank god, as I'm not going to order again)

Producten die Moquer aanbied zijn top en goed voor je haar. Het kost wat meer dan spul van de lokale drogist maar het gaat ook een stuk langer mee. Prijzen zijn goed en product omschrijving is duidelijk.
