Disappointed

I'm a very happy customer at your shop, you know me the Greek guy with the Nokia and the iPad
Every time you are very nice to me and many times you didn't even take money for the repairs when it's "your" fault
I'm coming to your place and always you serving me immediately and good
BUT
That time I called you days ago in order to ask for a repair for a friend from Greece who came for just one day cause of his job, to the Netherlands and he wanted to change the broken screen on his mobile, I suggested your shop cause always I'm very happy for your service
On the phone you told me to make an appointment by internet and I respected your advice and I did it
Then my friend came to you with his mobile at the day and the time we made the appointment
You said that within half an hour the mobile would be ready and after five minutes you gave his mobile back and you said that you didn't have the supplies !
Why my dears?
I have done the best advertising for you and front of my friend you made me feel guilty/stupid/bad!
How can I trust you?
How can I recommend you to my friends?
Why you changed the way of appointments meetings etc
Personally I will continue to come to you and really I will try to fix your repetition to my friend and I will recommend you to others but please be more professionals and pay more attention to your clients
You have a very nice shop and very nice personnel please don't let us down!
