Ik had problemen met invoeren van het adres (ziekenhuis). Dus belde even na en werd heel vriendelijk te woord gestaan. Was bovendien vergeten een kaartje toe te voegen dus dat kon ook meteen nog even rechtgezet worden. Kreeg een foto van de bos met bedankje en zag er echt prachtig uit!

Snel, goede service en prachtige bloemen. Ze staan altijd voor je klaar, denken met je mee en geven goed advies. Kortom de beste bloemen boutique van Amsterdam!

Ik had 's ochtends bloemen besteld voor een zieke, maar een aantal uur na bestelling moest ik het adres veranderen. Geen probleem, Amsterdam flowers was super behulpzaam en leverde de bloemen op het nieuwe adres dezelfde dag.

De prachtige bloemen werden toch nog bezorgd, ondanks de blokkade op de A10

Hi, I am abroad and tried to order flowers on 14th Feb. I used to order from this place and never got any issue before, but my orders were all cancelled on 14th Feb. My 1st order seemed to go through but I never actually received any confirmation email and a couple of hours later, my order was indicated "cancelled". I figured out they were probably too busy on Valentine's day so I gave up. I then tried on the 15th and 16th, and it was still the same, not going through or order was quickly cancelled. In the end, I ordered from another online flower shop and did not have any issue, confirming that amsterdamflowers.nl had a problem with their site or payment platform. I sent the company an email to let them know what had happened to my orders and I got a vague answer with apologies but no explanation on why this happened. In the answer, I was only told to "try again later". I do not think it should be to the customer to verify they have fixed the issue with their site but I rather believe they should fix the problem and inform the customer when it is done and working again. All I know is it was working flawlessly before they changed their payment platform provider. So, I suspect that's where the issue comes from. They should take this issue to the payment platform and ask them to fix it asap, that is if they do care about their international clients...

Flowers (roses) seemed withered and were already a bit wilted down when delivered. Lasted 2 days before having to throw them away.

As the title indicates, the flowers arrived without a problem but the note I had requested was nowhere to be found when the flowers had been delivered.

I ordered two bouquets of their selection, and they were beautiful. Not only were they lovely as delivered, but they have been selected to develop over time three days later are different - some blooms have opened further and some buds have opened - but it still beautiful. On past experience we'll get five to seven days primary display and with trimming, another week or so. I have always had great experiences with this company; sometimes I choose a specific bouquet but increasingly I trust them do it and have always been delighted. They have a very sure touch!

Boeket zou voor 13.00 uur bezorgd worden. Bezorger beweerde dat hij aan de deur was geweest, wat niet waar kon zijn. Uiteindelijk wel voor later afgesproken tijd geleverd.
