Bisher habe ich zweimal bestellt. Und alles wurde zu meiner Zufriedenheit geliefert. Einzig die Versandkosten sind relativ hoch. Aber dafür eine sehr große Auswahl. Ich werde da sicher noch öfter bestellen. Und auf jeden Fall auch weiter empfehlen.

I bought these two pens in December 2021 and April 2022. They were the: MONTBLANC STARWALKER BLUE PLANET DOUÉ BALLPOINT PEN MONTBLANC MEISTERSTÜCK LEGRANDE M146 FOUNTAIN PEN FINE (F). They are a pleasure to write with. The ballpoint pen is classy whereas the fountain pen produces buttery yet fine flexible hand writing. They are both a delight to own. Good choice, good price

During the covid pandemic I ordered some Akkerman inks. They arrived very quickly but one of them was wrongly send. In stead of Akkerman Dutch Masters nr 10 I received Akkerman nr 10. They immediately send me the correct bottle and let me keep the other as well. And all that during very stressful days and logistical hard times. And the nr 10 turns out to be a very nice and interesting ink too. Thx Akkerman

I’ve been fortunate to visit the shop which is situated in a lovely arcade. The website conveys so well what they do and their ink and very special chamois nib wipes should be considered a compulsory purchase as well as being an initial one of more to come.

Ik ben zeer goed geholpen met het kopen van een nieuwe vulpen. Er werd gelet op hoe ik schreef, en daar werden pennen met de juiste penpunt bij gezocht. Er was alle tijd om te proberen en opnieuw te proberen. Uiteindelijk ging ik naar huis met een groene Leonardo Momento Zero. Deze pen schreef het fijnst en was ook nog heel mooi! Inmiddels heb ik de pen al 3 weken in mijn bezit en hij wordt steeds fijner om mee te schrijven.

Alleen dan kunnen winkels als Akkerman blijven bestaan. Uitstekende service. Maar ik had ook niets anders verwacht.

People at Akkerman are very knowledgeable and friendly. They tested my fountain pen and found out that there was inadequate ink flow due to problems with the feed. They fixed the issue and I got a pen that works like a charm. Sure, you can always return a pen if it has issues but how nice it is when your pen just works perfectly immediately -- thanks to this high level of dedication & attention.
