You placed an order in Israel, and due to the war being waged in the region, flights to Israel are minimal, causing all shipments to be delayed by approximately 6 weeks. We have communicated this on several occasions. We stated that this is a case of force majeure because neither we nor the Post Office have any influence on air traffic due to the wars Israel is currently waging, and as a result, flights are not operating. Your package was delivered within the 6-week delay period. It is therefore unfair to blame us when you know that flights to Israel are suspended and there are delays.

Bin sehr zufrieden

Lieferung erfolgt schnell und zuverlässig. Die Qualität ist durchweg gut. Einziger Nachteil: die Preise sind viel höher als vor Ort obwohl man ja die Frachtkosten extra zahlt.

Bedankt voor de herinninerinden

Ik 10 jaar in Nederland gewoond en heb van elk moment genoten. Bij mijn terugkeer miste ik veel, maar het meest ik nog steeds krenternbollen!!! Helaas ben ik nu 86 en invalide en kan ik het risico niet namen on se zelf met heet vet te maken!! Ik zal binnenkort eeen newuwe bestelling plaatsen.

Exactly what I wanted.

If I have one observation..... There is a lot of sellotape holding the individual packages tight. It is a nightmare to remove. Maybe less tape and more packaging....
