Prima en snelle order afhandeling maar verzonden in een slechte overdoos.
U verzendt levensmiddelen en heeft uw best gedaan om gevoelige producten extra te verpakken in plastic etc. Helaas als u geen stevige overdoos gebruikt is dat werk voor niets geweest. Enkele producten moesten opnieuw verpakt worden zoals b.v. completa. Een product moest direct geconsumeerd worden Casave Kroepoek. Verder maar daar kunnen jullie niets aan doen heeft de bezorger er drie dagen over gedaan om het pakket af te leveren. M.a.w. drie dagen aangeven dat het bezorgd wordt en de derde dag daadwerkelijk bezorgen.

We're sorry to hear your package didn't arrive safely. We're known for packing our packages carefully to ensure everything arrives safely. Unfortunately, we've experienced several instances where customs in India empty all the boxes for inspection and then don't properly pack the packages with the protective materials we use, putting the items back in the boxes without any protection. Unfortunately, we have no control over the customs process. Customers from India have filed a complaint with their local customs office and received compensation. Perhaps you can do the same.

Overall it was fine.
I had an issue with some of my ordered products (as two product were damaged), but directly after complaining to Real Dutch Food it was satisfactory resolved and a refund was made.

everything was okay - beside that 2 ordered products were damaged.
One box with peanutebutter sause was damaged and spilled/wasted as well as one bag with prawn chips was open and therefore without air and not fresh anymore.
