A great venue to find Dutch products!

Ik uw aanbieding gekocht van 50 euro en tot mijn verbazing nadat ik mijn bestellinf afrekende waren de kopsten onder 25 euro. totaal kosten aan de kassa 50 euro???????? Hoe kan dit? in het verleden van mijn bestellingen was dit niet het geval. Persoonlijk vindt ik dir oplichtenrij

Bedankt voor je review. We hebben altijd een minimale bestel bedrag aan producten gehad. Voorheen was deze 35 euro en hebben deze sinds een jaar is deze verlaagd naar 25 euro. We hebben dit bedrag gewoon nodig om rendabel een order te kunnen verwerken. Odrers onder de 25 euro zijn niet rendabel om te verwerken en moet er gewoon geld bij. We hebben vorig jaar met ons inpakbedrijf scherpe prijsafspraken kunnen maken waardoor het bedrag van 35 euro naar 25 euro kon om zo ook de drempel om te bestellen te verlagen. Ik zie dat u in het verleden altijd grote bestelling heeft gehad en dan krijg je deze melding dan ook niet en zal je dus toen ook niet opgevallen zijn. Het is dus geen oplichterij omdat het gewoon duidelijk en transparant wordt vermeld als je besteld.

Real Dutch food from The Netherlands

Plus: real Dutch food, easy to order. Great for when you don't know anyone in the Netherlands that you want to bother to send stuff over. Neutral: I wasn't aware that my few items I bought, was shipped from The Netherlands, I thought it's bought in bulk and shipped to Australia. Then from there shipped in smaller packages to clients. In hindsight I could've asked my parents to send me a box with Dutch things. But that's no critique on the company, would recommend the company nonetheless.

Thank you for your response. Delivery to New Zealand is always long because of the distance and also the customs there are not very fast and give also some extra delay. Rerding the use of cooling packs. Unfortunately, this is of no use because they only stay cool for a maximum of 48 hours and are therefore of no use when shipping outside the EU where packages are in transit for more than a week. The cheeses are vacuum packed and have a long shelf life. They may sweat during the ride, but if you immediately put them in the refrigerator for a day afterwards, they are perfect to cut and eat again.
