not good

we ordered our groceries over 1 month ago....and we are still waiting!. we live in australia but even the wait time for us is horrible...i doubt we will order again.

Overpriced and slow

Food was very expensive and is cheaper on other similar sites. Took a long time to receive the order. Customer service was very quick and friendly when I questioned where my order was.

Thank you for your review. We have a processing period for your order of 3-5 working days. This is also stated in the order confirmation and on the website. This is because we order everything fresh in order to have the longest possible date to send to you. Your package was picked up by PostNL on Friday and delivered on Wednesday, so delivered to you in 3 working days. I think this is quite fast, especially because it is outside the EU and customs clearance also plays a role. I hope you will enjoy the products and hope that our working method has become a little clearer.

This is because we order everything fresh in order to have the longest possible date to send to you. You placed the order on Wednesday was shipped om Friday and delivered on Wednesday. So processing the order and shipping in 1 week. outside the EU is already on top speed faster is simply not possible and in much EU country it took even longer. I hope you will enjoy the products.
