Got it, but long delivery and not the cheapest

I did my order 16th of November and it arrived 5th of December in England. It took a few days to hand it over to postnl, because one item was not available, but postnl also handed over to another transporter, Parcel, who took their week of time to transport and deliver it. All got safely at mines, because it was well packaged by real Dutch.

Thank you for your review. Your order was just before Black Friday. This made it very busy at the carriers and also at PostNL and customs. The end of November and December are very busy times for all transport companies and customs, and shipments are therefore always delayed. This is every year and we have no influence on this and it applies to all carriers. Nice to hear that you are satisfied with how everything was packaged.

The delivery time took 2 weeks to send items to the UK, slightly longer than I expected but I received the goods in time for Sinterklaas.

Delivery time too long

I made an order 2 weeks ago, assuming that I will get the Sinterklaas products in time for Sinterklaas. I still haven’t got the products and no estimated delivery time. We are now going to have to celebrate Sinterklaas without the goodies. Very upsetting. If I had known it would have taken over two weeks to ship to the UK I wouldn’t have used this website.

Super tevreden

Wij wonen in Spanje en ik heb nu voor de 3e keer spullen besteld en het is heel goed verzorgd. Alle dopjes van flesjes (zoals ketjap en andere sauzen, keurig dichtgeplakt met plakband. En bijna alles nog eens extra verpakt in zakjes voor het geval een doos of flesje toch zou gaan lekken. Helemaal top Real Dutch Food

Vlotte levering maar kapotte producten

Ik zal zeker weer bestellen want wat leveren jullie vlot, alleen waren wat producten gescheurd helaas( completa).doos was ook wat beschadigd.

fantastische service

Missing some of the Dutch food we were used to when we lived in the NL as a child in the 1980s. Great to see the range of products on offer particularly the Grills crisps. Easy to order and prompt dispatch. Product arrived well packaged in a timely manner. Excellent service and we will use you again. Bedankt

Bestelling niet volledig geleverd.

Ik heb 16 artikelen besteld en er 12 ontvangen. De ontbrekende artikelen zijn wel vergoedt maar aangezien het nu te laat is om op tijd voor Sinterklaas de rest ergens anders te bestellen zou ik de service niet aanbevelen.

Meerdere artikelen niet aangekomen, tot nu toe geen klantenservice.

Ik heb 16 artikelen besteld en er 12 ontvangen. Ik heb per e-mail om hulp gevraagd maar nog steeds geen antwoord ontvangen. Denk zeker niet dat ik deze service zou aanbevelen.

Excellent

Everything as expected and really great. Just one recommendation: I wish that you would allow the customer to select the chocolate letter they want. I have one child whose name begins with S and one who begins with E. We get many S letters (Sint, obviously) and rarely an E. I feel this is sad for the other child. It would be so lovely to be able to specify the letter needed when ordering.
