Real Dutch has been very responsive when we were following up on our order. The problem probably was with US Customs. However, we don't understand why you sent it so it required our signature. We were not home and our Post Office would not deliver it, so we had to go to the post office to pick it up.

The delivery is very expesnsive, and although on the site it is said to take 2 t o 5 days, I have had to wait for 3 weeks! Unfortunately no longer to be recommended.
Thanks for your comment. You probably didn't read the deadlines on the website properly. We have a processing time of 2-5 business days before the order is shipped. Your order was placed on 6-7 and shipped on 11-7 and delivered to you on 19-7. This is less than 2 weeks in total and very good for a country outside the EU where you also have to deal with customs clearance. The shipping costs for Switzerland have also remained the same for 3 years. You pay more because you are outside the EU and customs clearance must also be done by the carrier. That is the big price difference with countries in the Eu
Doen erg hun best als je vragen hebt, zorgen vaak dat het product dat je wilt hebben en niet op de website stond er wel komt. Vriendelijk, goed verpakt en altijd keurig.

Have used Real Dutch food for a few years now and they have not let us down, site is easy to use and the delivery is as good as one can expect. The goods are extremely well package and we have never had a glass breakage. We do not recommend companies easily but this company we certainly do recommend.

delivery was a bit slow and on line tracking was late in updating, but that's the courier company. Apart from that the experience was good.

Kiezen uit een uitgebreid sortiment aan producten, redelijke verzendkosten. Snelle bezorging naar Spanje, alle bestelde artikelen absoluut veilig verpakt. Dit zal zeker niet mijn laatste bestelling bij Real Dutch Food zijn.

Na een nare ervaring met een andere leverant kontakt opgenomen met Real dutch food en ik moet eerlijk zeggen, tot nog toe, een prettige samenwerking, snelle reacties op vragen en onduidelijkheden, prettige service , zeer goede aflevering, in een woord GOED.
Het papierwerk loopt als een sneltrein. Ook deze enquête komt voordat de opdracht uiteindelijk uitgevoerd is. Dus veel kan ik niet zeggen. Het duurde meer dan 3 weken in totaal voordat ik bevestiging kreeg, dat het op de post gestuurd is. Maar daarmee heb ik het nog niet…, ik wacht af.
Door mijn fout ( postcode verkeerd vermeld) is het pakket geleverd. Alles keurig verpakt.

Op 1 juni een order geplaatst. Nu 21 juni nog niets binnen. Veel excuses, en Real gaat er achteraan. Maar als bedrijf had ik alvast een nieuw pakket gemaakt en verstuurd. Postnl heeft een foutcode ingetypt, waardoor er naar mij toe geen levering is. Mijn Ned. Feestje ging dus niet door. Marjon
After i initially made an error in my order I emailed customer support where my order was corrected promptly. Delivery was as expected
Order never arrived and even a refund never arrived
There was a delivery attempt and you wasn't there. Parcel went to a pickup point 500 m from you and you refused to pick it up and don't want a redelivery so that is the choice you made and parcel has send back. The shipping and return and are higher the the value of the parcel. According our term you where obligated to follow the instructions of the transporter to receive your parcel and you didn't. So there is no refund for you. We mailed you several times for a solution and address from the pickup point and for a redelivery but you didn't want this.
Really good customer service
Order was delivered quickly and efficiently! Delivery is not cheap but that’s largely due to Brexit!

I buy Completa coffee creamer when I’m in Holland so it’s good to find a company who sends to UK. Quite expensive and doesn’t come quickly but that’s probably since Brexit. Will definitely order again.
