Response from the business owner
Thank you for your comment. We have been sending cheeses and margarine by PostNL to all countries in the world for 15 years. To some countries in Asia the package can take up to 3-4 weeks and customers regularly order cheese.
The cheese can start to sweat at warm temperatures or lose his form, but can simply be placed in the refrigerator after arrival, after which it is normally edible again. We cannot do anything about products that are temperature sensitive, such as cheese, margarine and chocolate. We have no influence on summer temperatures. If you want a refrigerated package sent to the US, it has to be shipped by a refrigerated courier, that costs you several hundred dollars and nobody is going to pay that much for a piece of cheese or margarine.
I hope it's a bit clear
