Used RealDutchFood (RDF) for the first time (before I ordered ones at DutchExpatShop, but in this period they use Corona as an excuse to almost double the shipping costs, which I find ridiculous as they also cannot guarantee the delivery times as 'normal'; okay to increase cost, but then at least deliver in time as well). Back to RDF: ordered 18 Dec, shipment was delivered 4 Jan, so 17 calendar days after, which in this holiday period I find extremely okay for a shipment from NL to IT. All perfectly trackable with the track&trace number RDF sent to me. One article was not in stock, for which I received an email and immediately my money back. Package outside clearly indicated as 'fragile', while the most fragile products in my packages were some bags of chips, but still nice they arrived unharmed :-). Very happy with my delivery via RealDutchFood.com and I will for sure order there again! Two 'less positive' comments I could make is that they do not offer frozen products, but maybe (hopefully) this will come soon as I want to order some bags of frozen bitterballen! Second: I received the mail for delivery only the day of the delivery itself (at 08.42) and without any expected delivery timeslot. As by then I was at work already, I needed to organize myself differently to make it possible to deliver the package. But okay, this is more the 'fault' of Poste Italiane and not RDF.

I received my parcel from “Real Dutch Food”. It was on time and included everything I had ordered. The problem I have is with the Unox Rook Worst. I ordered a few so they would last me a couple of months. Unfortunately the use by date on them is 08.02.2021, which is only just over four weeks away. I was wondering if this is normal, or do they usually have a longer use by date on them as I had expected? This was very disappointing but other than that I was satisfied with the rest of the food and delivery.
Unox Rookworsten has an expire date from about 2 months. You can put them into the freezer if you want to keep them longer.

Thank you for your mail and order. Shipments currently have many delays due to the busy December and now even more because of the lock down pressure with online ordering. A package in the Netherlands currently takes a week before it is delivered due to the crowds at PostNL and at the moment they do not even accept new packages due to the large stock that still has to be processed. (domestic deliveries are still treated with priority) The delivery time for the UK is currently 2-3 weeks and this was before the borders were closed with the UK Pacel has been deliverd on 28-12-2021
Thank you for the quick delivery, so I could get it before all this Brext nonsense starts Hopefully it won't make things too difficult in the future

It took longer than I thought but perhaps explained by Covid but NO EXCUSE for excessive packing with some unrecyclable matter.
Thanks for your comment. The delay has to do with the Covid and the lock down in the Netherlands plus the normal December traffic with the carriers. The filling materials we use are environmentally friendly and made from starch. So it can be collected with the compost,

All products arrived fine thanks. However I thought that 1 week was a long time to dispatch the order.
We order everything fresh. This happens after the orders have been received. Therefore it takes an average of 2-5 working days. After this, the order will be sent to you. This way, you can be sure that everything will receive the longest possible date. This information is on the bottom of the shop and on the shipping cost page.

Werd geleverd de dag voor Kerstmis. Helaas was er veel styrofoam als verpakkings materiaal in de doos. Weet niet hoe we dat kunnen recyclen. Zeer schadelijk voor het milieu. Zodra de vuilnisbak geleegd wordt op 'n windige dag, verspreiden all die honderden kleine stukjes zich over de straat en in de vijver. Hoop dat volgende keer U plastic bubbel rollen verpakking gebruiken.
Bedankt voor je reactie .We gebruiken de groene styrofoam (mileu vriendelijk). Deze is gemaakt van zetmeel en is gewoon natuurlijk afbreekbaar en kunnen gewoon bij het groene afval
Alle producten perfect. Goede houdbaarheid datum. Zou fijn zijn als de prijzen wat lager konden. Kan me niet voorstellen dat alles in Nederlandse supermarkten ook zo duur is. Vooral drop. Heb diverse producten overgeslagen vanwege prijs! Qualiteit is prima en enkele producten zijn wel redelijk geprijst: kaas, afbakbroodjes, thee. Overall goed.

Ik ben erg tevreden over de levering van uw pakket ,het was mijn eerste keer dat ik wat bij u besteld had.ook over de bezorging was ik erg tevreden.
Mijn ervaring met jullie is redelijk Het inloggen bin jullie is toch wel wat moeilijk. En jullie verkopen mijn bruine brood niet meer in eens Waldkorn Dat heb ik nu bij een ander bedrijf gevonden en ja daar doe je dan ook gelijk nog meer boodschappen dus ik zal duidelijk minder bij jullie gaan bestellen.
Bedankt voor je reactie. Ik zal zorgen dat je broodmix terug komt. Als je items mist kan je het beste even een mail sturen en dan gaan we kijken of we deze kunnen opvoeren in ons assortiment. Graag hoor ik wat het probleem is met het inloggen. Als boven in het scherm op mijn account klikt kan je meteen inloggen. Ik hoor graag waar het mis gaat zodat we het misschien duidelijker kunnen maken.
