3 sterren: voldoende, een redelijke ervaring
Pluspunten
I had bad feelings about milk products, but those indeed have a long expiry date and arrived without any problems.
Product quality was excellent except of 1 thing (see verbeterpunten-details).
I am not sure what does the phrase 'Betrouwbaarheid' cover in this particular case.
My rate represents if it's about packaging and communication with the customers. Communication was flawless, packaging was near mint.
I liked the big roster of products.
The build-up of the website is almost exemplary (zoomable product images could improve the service).
Excellent details on each page:
- product weight
- estimated product weight with packaging
- allergic info (irrelevant to me, but essential for lot of people)
- list of ingredients for almost all products
The 'shopping' cart is easy to be adjusted.
I picked this service in the first place, because I could pay with my Hungarian bank card (as I had no money on my Dutch account) - so the methods of payment are also good.

Selling Jumbo products for twice the price than what you get in the supermarket is ridiculous, considering the fact that RDF is supplying the orders directly from warehouse which makes the whole procedure more cost-effective by the seller's side.
I believe RDF could improve the prices, but as it was explained in our mail conversation, their service was built to serve mainly Dutch expats and they are definitely much less (or not at all!) price-sensitive.
I have found 2 splinters of bone in the 'worstenbroodjes' that makes the quality just 9. It's a product failure, RDF possibly can not improve its quality furthermore.
Approx. 10 days passed by between my initial order and shipping the products. In my case, it was way too long, but I guess most of the customers order food, while they still have something in the fridge (unlike me, as I buy things when it's almost empty). Everyone can decide if it is a disadvantage or not.
