Thank you for your response. Delivery to New Zealand is always long because of the distance and also the customs there are not very fast and give also some extra delay. Rerding the use of cooling packs. Unfortunately, this is of no use because they only stay cool for a maximum of 48 hours and are therefore of no use when shipping outside the EU where packages are in transit for more than a week. The cheeses are vacuum packed and have a long shelf life. They may sweat during the ride, but if you immediately put them in the refrigerator for a day afterwards, they are perfect to cut and eat again.

Ik woon in Australië en wij dachten eens wat spullen uit de shop te bestellen. Ik ging er vanuit dat de spullen vanuit Australië verstuurd werden (we waren immers recent in de shop in Sydney geweest) veel te duur, vrachtkosten giga hoog. Zo n 40 euro aan spullen en dan bijn 200 dollar afrekenen. Levering 20-24 april en nu is het de 27 ste en nog niks. Fijn zo n extraatje voor Koningsdag. Wat een aanfluiting zeg!

Jammer voor te horen dat je niet tevreden bent. Waarschijnlijk heb je de website niet goed bekeken want er staat toch overal duidelijk dat we gewoon een Nederlandse webshop zijn en in Nederland zijn gevestigd. De verzendkosten naar Australië waren 69 euro en deze kosten moeten wij ook gewoon aan PostNL betalen voor de verzending en je order was totaal 111 euro niet 200en. We maken geen winst over de verzendkosten. Ook deze kosten staan gewoon duidelijk vermeld op de verzendkosten pagina en zou dus niet als een verrassing moeten zijn ook omdat je ze bij de kassa ook duidelijk vermeld ziet staan. Verder hebben we ook duidelijk op de verzendkosten pagina staan dat verzending buiten de EU 7-21 werkdagen kan duren en doen geen leveringsbeloftes omdat we dit niet kunnen doen omdat we afhankelijk zijn van de Post en de locale douane hoe snel zij de pakketten inklaren en hebben hier geen invloed op. De datum op de track and trace pagina van PostNL is dynamisch omdat PostNL ook niet kan weten hoelang een douane een pakket vast houd om te verwerken en is dus geen gegarandeerde leveringsdatum maar een verwachte datum. Verder staat erbij je track and trace een link met internationale vertragingen per land en ik zie dat Australië 5-7 dagen extra vertraging heeft door logistieke problemen bij de lokale post daar. Ik heb even gekeken op de pagina van de Australische post en je pakket is ingeklaard en onderweg naar je en de lokale verwachte leverdatum is tussen 30-4 en 2-5 en zitten dan als het geleverd wordt met 14 werkdagen ruim binnen de onze aangegeven leveringstermijn. Ik adviseer je voortaan eerst een website goed te bekijken en te lezen voor je bestelt zodat je verwachtingen ook overeen komen met de werkelijkheid zoals staat beschreven om teleurstellingen te voorkomen.

Koop al lang bij hen. Altijd goede service snel antwoord bij een vraag/mail. Duurt wel even voordat alles in Portugal is maar dan keurig verpakt.

Great communication!

We placed our order after emailing to find out how the items would be shipped. The order was delayed, so I emailed the company and received a quick response with additional tracking information. I received the order and it was in a box with packing material and some of the items broke away from the original packaging during shipping. A little dented, but hopefully everything tastes good. The communication is great. Shipping overseas packages could be packed a bit tighter for less movement during the shipping process. Overall, very pleased.

Shipping Issues.

Hi. I`m unfortunately sorely disappointed. Due to the inept service from Post NL who, when shipping hand over to the equally inept Parcel Force UK my order is now heading back to you guys. I have taken two days off work to receive this parcel but not on any occasion did they attempt to deliver. May I suggest another carrier? and avoid Post NL at all costs? I was so looking forward to my goodies for family and friends, sharing a Nasi etc. So, yet another day today where I have re-arranged delivery and booked a day off, only to find out that I have wasted my time. No problem with you guys. Just let down by shipping.
