For all shipments (except Frozen Food), we have been using the same delivery partner PostNL (with tracking).
For the international order, after leaving the Netherlands, PostNL will pass it to their local delivery partner and the local delivery partner will arrange the delivery. Of course, you can still track your parcel through PostNL website. For the international shipment, the delivery time will be longer than the local shipment in the Netherlands. Regarding to the email, our customer service is available on Monday to Friday (09:00 to 18:00), you have sent us an email on 14 May (Saturday). Our team has checked for you as soon as they received your email on 16 May (Monday) and they replied to you with the shipment update on Monday morning.
As per the final update of your order, the package was delivered on 16 May, it took 7 working days to have the parcel to be delivered to your location in Spain.
