Shipment was left at entrance of building
My order was launched on 28th Feb.
I wrote to ask for status on either 3rd or 4th March.
Then your staff rung me on 6th March informing me one of the products is out of stock on 6th March.
Email received on same day 6th March that order got shipped.
NL Post wrote on 8th March that delivery is planned for 9th March
I have a doc appointment confirmed since more than 2 months ago on 9th March thus I went on their site trying to request for a different day to delivery, spent more than 45 mins and just couldn't find where I can change the details of delivery.
On 9th March, NL Post wrote me an email to confirm that shipment got delivered at 13:33 but when I read this email it was already 14:30. Obviously you couldn't expect a client to be standing next to the private email box (during working hours) all time......but I was working from home till 15:45 and did not hear anybody ringing the bell at all. My apartment is a tiny little studio and I couldn't miss the bell ringing. So I dashed out to the entrance to look, I found the shipment box from 東方行 is lying on top of the letter boxes, amazing, how can they be so irresponsible, no ringing of the bell, to save their time to deliver the next shipment??? so they decided to leave my box at the entrance hall where everybody can access (even the public people can). I need to make my voice heard by your customer service team, please do something to make your logistics partner known that this is NOT acceptable! Thanks for your attention!
AND of course I have not stopped recommending your supermarket to a lot of my chinese friends here but pleeeeeaaassseee talk to your logistics partner, thanks!!!
