*REVIEW UPDATED *Not good at all after being a customer for two years
I have updated this review from 2.5 star to 4.5 stars. Amazing Oriental has contacted me and suggested ways to rectify my situation with a proper explanation. I have decided to change the rating not because of the 10euro voucher they honoured me for my next purchase, but because they follow up and had great customer service. Thank you, I got my flour finally!
This is my second review and even after my first receive long time ago, no one contacted me to discuss. first time I ordered with AO, the kimchi that was delivered was all puffed up inside the bag and exploded when I open it and cleaning up was a mess. This should not have been allowed to order online if that will happen. It was warm when it reached me! It was not an item that needs to be in fridge on your online store so was shipped as normal delivery
As for the last two order, I have been trying to get hold of Yi-Feng high gluten flour, TWICE, I repeat, TWICE NOW you shipped the order and then emailed me AFTER refunding a credit because you don't have the item. Why can't you do the opposite, state it on your website because it's not available or do a stock check before processing my order? Because I made those two orders hitting the minimum amount for free shipping based off getting the flour and it was very disappointing on both occasions. I know it's unfortunate but you need to change the steps in your online delivery to account for unavailable stocks.
I don't even think anyone is going to read this review, so please stop sending the auto-generaed email asking for reviews if you're not going to bother to improve.
I will order from other toko from now on, thanks for your time.
