VerbeterpuntenI regularly order with Biofutura, but sometimes the product quality and customer service response are a bit faulty. For example, once I sent customer service a message saying that the sauce cups and lids don't fit very well, had to throw away more than 20, and they just responded that they also got similar responses from other clients and that they'll contact the supplier. I ordered wooden spoons and forks last time, and when I opened the plastic wrappings a few days ago, I found that a batch of the wooden spoons were moldy and smelled very humid. Would be nice if we could get reimbursement or credit for next time use for faulty products.
