I have bought 1 Bottle off Ardnamurchan online in This shop. But i have now heard that they dont have This bottle in The shop. I have tried to Call them, and they answered the phone and Said that the Ardnamurchan bottle was arrived and they would send it, but nothing have happend, they dont answer the mails i have send, and it now seems that the my money is lost. Do not by anything from This shop online, they do not send it, and they do not replay on e-mail, and if you Call them, they just Lie to you.

Mooie selectie dranken, ik ben vooral geïnteresseerd in whisky’s. Snelle levering met goede track en trace. Echter werkt PostNL niet zo mee.

We hadden ruim keus uit het brede aanbod en de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding was prima. Snelle levering en stevig verpakt!

Ik kwam de fles tegen op het Whisky festival in Den Haag. Gelukkig kon ik hem via deze site vinden. Ik ben erg blij met mijn aankoop en zal zeker nog een keer terugkomen

The prices are of medium level: sometimes you can find cheaper offers for some products, but taking into consideration wide choice it could be o.k. for one stop shopping. That 's where all positives ended. First I faced issues with my shopping cart. It was not working correctly, my attempts to commit the payment at the checkout were unsuccessful as my order was getting "pending" status without a further payment option. I created another similar order with the same "pending" status which I was not able to finalize due to lack of payment option. I would leave it all, but I have already spent some time choosing my products, so finally I wrote to support, they created a payment link manually so I was able to pay. But I probably would rather not pay. Because I paid them 11 of November. Today is 23 of November. And I still did not received my order. I ordered whisky for my birthday, but now I even do not know if I will receive it at all. Although they charged me €24,95 for the delivery! Who needs to wait two weeks or more for a bottle of whisky or cognac? Such a disappointment.
