Ik kwam de fles tegen op het Whisky festival in Den Haag. Gelukkig kon ik hem via deze site vinden. Ik ben erg blij met mijn aankoop en zal zeker nog een keer terugkomen

Via de website eenvoudig de whisky gevonden die ik zocht, betaald en aangegeven dat ik hem op zou komen halen. Een mailtje ontvangen dat hij klaar stond. Prima service, prachtige winkel.

The prices are of medium level: sometimes you can find cheaper offers for some products, but taking into consideration wide choice it could be o.k. for one stop shopping. That 's where all positives ended. First I faced issues with my shopping cart. It was not working correctly, my attempts to commit the payment at the checkout were unsuccessful as my order was getting "pending" status without a further payment option. I created another similar order with the same "pending" status which I was not able to finalize due to lack of payment option. I would leave it all, but I have already spent some time choosing my products, so finally I wrote to support, they created a payment link manually so I was able to pay. But I probably would rather not pay. Because I paid them 11 of November. Today is 23 of November. And I still did not received my order. I ordered whisky for my birthday, but now I even do not know if I will receive it at all. Although they charged me €24,95 for the delivery! Who needs to wait two weeks or more for a bottle of whisky or cognac? Such a disappointment.

De bestelling kwam heel snel binnen en was heel goed verpakt. De prijs is in verhouding tot de winkel vele malen goedkoper dus ik zal hier blijven bestellen. Het enige wat ik miste is de mooie koker waarvan ik gewend ben die in de winkel wel te krijgen. Het is een cadeau dus kan niets vertellen over de smaak en echtheid.

Great selection of samples, but several of the samples listed on the website were not available/in stock when putting them in the basket. So could not buy the ones I had planned to buy with excitement. Out of stock samples should not be listed without further information.
