Selecting whiskys and payment is super easy, but delivery is unacceptably slow. I ordered my pack 2 weeks ago, and received a fair delivery date of 3-4 workdays. It has been 2 weeks and my package didn't even arrived in my country. Please change your parcel delivery partner, because it casts a very bad light on your company.

It is very easy to purchase whisky in S.Korean. in addition very kind and reliable. However invoice had a problem. I bought 10% off the whisky price. but it was written origin pirce on invoice. so I spent more tax.

Products arrived as ordered. Very good packaging. It took more than a week just to be shipped. Contacted the shop by email to see what was happening and the person who answered was very quick and cordial although didn't ship the same day he promissed. It took more emails, a few more days and a contact to PayPal to check how much time more I had to cancel. Although is understandable, I guess, in pandemic days, shouldn't promiss something that cannot be done. After shipment, took other seven days to reach me what is not bad. Good service overall.

Des prix très attractifs. Une excellente communication notamment pour annoncer un retard de livraison. Un packaging absolument exceptionnel : les bouteilles sont arrivés en excellent état.

commande passée le 17 mars , dans la même journée un mail me disant que le colis allait partir le jour même et en fait des soucis , je l'ai reçu le 31 mars donc un peu long quand même mais bon tarifs attractifs , faut s'armer de patience !!
