Bought two bottles Bunnahabhain on Friday afternoon. 15 Euro postage for standard delivery and was delivered Monday afternoon. Not even Amazon can do that most of the time. Price of whiskey was very good, cheapest I could find anywhere. They do stock some very rare and interesting whisky I cannot find in UK. Already planning what I am getting next month.

I am not happy with the condition in which my order arrived. The box was half crushed and soaking wet. Somehow the bottles did not break, and the Glenlivet 18 and Oban Distiller Edition are fine because of their plastic wrapping, but the Springbank 15 box is bent out of shape and soggy from being soaking wet with water. It's not a big deal but I give these bottles as gifts or keep them on display in my collection, and I can't do either with a box this damaged. I understand this is the fault of the courier and not whiskysite but it's disappointing nevertheless.

De prijs was hier beter, maar kende de winkel niet. Toch besteld en kreeg gelijk een order en daarna een betaalbevestiging. Binnen 5 uur een bevestiging van verzending met Track & Trace. Aangekomen was de fles whisky dik verpakt in bubbelplastic in een kartonnen doos en opgevuld met schuimpjes om beweging van de fles in verpakking onmogelijk te maken. Lang verhaal kort: Helemaal tevreden en top service!
