Prima informatieve site en een goede afhandeling en levering van de bestelling. De producten zijn onbeschadigd aangeleverd, echter met veel (onnodig) plastic verpakkingsafval in de vorm van bubbelplastic en vulmateriaal. Dit kan echt anders.

The shop is very structured and logical. The communication was good and quick when I asked for an expedite shipment,which was done as requested. The product range is very interesting, I will have a look around in the shop in 2 weeks time myself. However, I would like to have a checkbox for excluding the samples while searching for specific bottlings. Sometimes it is a bit bothersome to click through all the options under one main selection. Other than that, all good and excellent monthly offers

Hier kun je ook terecht voor kleine sample flesjes whisky. Als je zoals ik whisky aan het ontdekken bent is het fijn om deze kleine 6cl flesjes te kunnen kopen, daar haal je ruim 2 glaasjes uit. Zo heb ik al enige whisky proeverij ervaring op kunnen doen zonder allemaal grote flessen te hoeven aanschaffen. De sample prijzen vind ik heel netjes, ongeveer een tiende van een grote fles. Als een whisky heel goed bevalt kun je hier natuurlijk alsnog de grote fles aanschaffen. Ik heb nu een aantal keer iets besteld en alles kwam altijd volledig en uitstekend verpakt bij mij aan. Whiskysite.nl is een 100% aanrader!

We have bouth five bottles from Italy. The price was incredible respect to the other on-line wishkey seller. The web site is clear and easy to use. Everything was perfect, only the shipping tracking can be improved. there are only three steps in the tracking (send-on going- delivered).

The shipment took a few days longer than expected but it is not the seller's fault. Large selection of bottles. Everything went perfectly

This is an amazing company when it comes to whiskies and shipping. Been getting whiskies from them since 2018 with no issues at all. Always on time and respectful. However this time when I ordered my whiskies I paid for it in full and due to the covid- 19 issues they sent me an email saying they can either hold it and then ship it or I can cancel it. I was in no rush so I told them to hold it and keep my bottles till they can ship. When they started to ship though they sent me an email saying that the 3 bottles of laphroiag 18 yr ,that I had bought were no longer available. They must have sold it and not kept mine aside. This was a disappointment, as I had promised a friend of mine, one bottle. Now they only have one. That's not fair. If they had told me that at first then I would have bought it from someone else and not waited. What a bummer. Apart from that they are an amazing company Cheers and keep up the good work Thanks
