Good Service - extremely Poor Customer Service
I have been a customer of Vegro as I was dealing with a significant accident and multiple surgeries. Vegro provided me what I needed, and the quality was good. Prior to my last surgery, I attempted to pay my final balance. They would not allow me to, and said i had to wait. I let them know I would be in surgery and recovering for 6+ weeks, and they assured me it would not be a problem. Next time I heard from them (75 days later), it was via a collection agency. They refused to listen, and said it was my responsibility even though I was unavailable. I paid my full balance immediately, but they said I still had to pay the collection costs. Unbelievable, because they would not accept my payment in advance. The management team of the accounts payable team (especially Ellen), was very unhelpful. They have lost me as a future customer.
