VerbeterpuntenAs the website indicates your shipment, might come from the Netherlands. Mine did and was shipped with UPS WW Saver. It might have saved them money, but UPS billed me 200$ in brokerage and import fees. They send four different shipment and declared the same value of the complete shipment on each, which was unneccessary and resulted in excessive custom charges for me.

Heel fijne klantenservice die meedenkt hoe wij de stroopwafels van NL naar Singapore kunnen krijgen. Tevreden over de snelle levering, hoe het product eruit ziet en smaakt ;-) De stroopwafels zijn hier in Singapore door onze lokale klanten met enthousiasme ontvangen!

VerbeterpuntenDe levering is uitermate slecht. Kom svp je afspraken na wanneer je zwart op wit op de website schrijft voor 14:00 uur besteld is de dag erna geleverd. Uiteindelijk werd mijn bestelling pas na 5 dagen geleverd, veel te laat voor de gelegenheid waar ik het voor nodig had. En dit is helaas niet de eerste keer...
Beste mevrouw Meulemans, Het spijt ons te horen dat je niet tevreden bent over de levering. Er is wat verwarring ontstaan rondom de levertijd: er staat op onze site voor 12:00 besteld is de dag erna geleverd. Jouw order is op donderdag 11 januari om 14:37 gedaan. Dit zou dus betekenen dat deze op vrijdag verstuurd en maandag geleverd zou moeten zijn, aangezien wij niet in het weekend leveren. We hebben helaas ook vastgesteld dat UPS op de vrijdag de levering niet heeft meegenomen. We zijn nog aan het uitzoeken hoe dit kan. Onze oprechte excuses hiervoor. We zullen onze communicatie op de site nog een keer grondig nalopen om toekomstige verwarring te voorkomen. Hopelijk verklaart dit voor jou wat meer. Met vriendelijke groet, Thijs

My family LOVED the stroopwafels.
Suggestions1) My shipment ended up being 3 days late due to an address issue. Somehow, the address form filled out during ordering did not carry over the house number to the final address. This confused UPS and they ended up delaying my package. Luckily, my family lives in a small town so they personally know the UPS man and he was able to deliver the package; however, this could be very problematic if it happened in a larger town. I would recommend checking the software for this issue *or* make the directions on the site clearer to make sure the numbers are going to the correct fields. 2) While customer service was responsive, I didn't hear from them until 5 days after I submitted my issue re: shipping (request was submitted on Saturday, 23rd and response was received on Thursday, 28th). The responder mentioned that the office was closed from 23 - 26 for the Christmas holiday. It would have been helpful to receive an 'out of office' notification so I was aware and could adjust my expectations accordingly.

In my design, I used the blue color based on the pic of your can because I wanted to have the print of the lid unified in the same blue with the body of the can. But the color of the print I received was a little different from your cans. (looks like purple a bit)
